This is the time to be a specific as you can be about how you see the space being used, areas to note, for example, there may be features you’d like, things to consider, where the window might be and generally give us as much information as possible to allow us to accurately share your vision.
Once we’ve discussed and agreed the approach, we will create a proposal that encapsulates your ideas and visions. This will include the proposed works an approximate timescale and a pricing guideline. Our proposal stays valid for ten weeks – to allow you time to consider the next steps. Once we’ve agreed the terms, we can then schedule in the works needed to undertake the project.
